Anne Delafosse , b. Breitreiner (born September 7, 1984 in Haag ) is a German basketball player and former German national basketball player .
Career
She started her basketball career at the age of twelve, but preferred tennis until 2000, before she was discovered by Hans Brei , the coach of the women's basketball division TSV 1880 Wasserburg .
In 2003, Breitreiner was named Rookie of the Year by DBBL . In 2004 the 1.83 m tall athlete graduated from high school and won the German championship title with her team . In the two following years she achieved the double , so both the cup and the championship title. She was also the most successful shooter in the 1st Bundesliga in 2005/06 with 546 points.
For the 2006/07 season she went to Spain to Ros Casares Valencia. The club was a Spanish cup winner. Anne Breitreiner moved to Lotos Gdynia in Poland during the current season, where she and her team won the runner-up and the cup in 2007 and 2008. In 2008 Breitreiner moved to the Polish club KSSSE AZS PWSZ Gorzów. For the 2009/10 season she moved to France to Tarbes GB. There she won the French championship with her team. In the 2010/2011 season she moved to Italy to CA Faenza TTT and in the 2011/2012 season to the French club ESB Villeneuve d'Ascq. For the 2012/2013 season she returned to the German series champion Wasserburg and won the German championship with him. A year later, with the 2014 German champions and the 2014 German Cup, she achieved the double with TSV 1880 Wasserburg, which she was able to repeat in 2015 with TSV Wasserburg. For the 2015/2016 season, Breitreiner joined the second division club TS Jahn Munich.
In August 2016 she married the French Tristan Delafosse and took his last name.
National team career
She played her first international game on August 12, 2003 in a tournament in Istanbul against Turkey (66-74 defeat). Her personal best in the DBB jersey is 33 points, which she achieved on September 2, 2007 in Marburg during a European Championship preparation game against Croatia ( 80-77 victory). She took part in the 2007 European Championships in Chieti ( Italy ). In 2008 she was the most successful German basket hunter in all preparatory games for the European Championship qualification and in the qualifying games for the European Championship and scored 31 points in the first qualifying game against Israel.
Until 2014 she played a total of 165 international matches.
