Anne Willmes
Anne Willmes (born February 17, 1978 in Attendorn ) is a German television presenter and journalist .
Life
Anne Willmes was born in Attendorn and grew up in a small town near Drolshagen . Even during her school days there, she made radio plays and radio broadcasts and recorded them on her cassette recorder .
After graduating from high school , she studied political science , German and philosophy at the Westphalian Wilhelms University in Münster . Her focus was on women and politics and the representation of women politicians in the media .
From 2000 to 2004 she worked as a freelancer in the editorial department of the WDR Studio Siegen in the radio department . Then Willmes completed a program traineeship at WDR until 2005 in the areas of current hour , WDR 2 , local time in Münsterland and World Youth Day radio . Until 2006 she worked in the local time editorial office in Düsseldorf and until 2007 in the local time editorial office in South Westphalia .
From 2007 to 2016 Willmes moderated the local time Südwestfalen.
Willmes hosts the TV shows Here and Today , Beautiful! , Local time stories and, since 2019, the program Live after nine in the first .
