Antal Barnas

Antal Barnás (* before 1975 in Debrecen ) is a Hungarian conductor , choirmaster and founder of the Hungarian Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra .

Life

Barnás began his musical training by studying bassoon at the Franz Liszt Music Academy in Budapest and at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna . He then studied conducting at the Conservatory of the City of Vienna and at the Bruckner Conservatory of the State of Upper Austria in Linz , where he graduated with a diploma in 1995 .

Since then he has been a guest conductor with various orchestras and has been invited to international festivals such as the “European Cultural Summer Aspach ” or the “Wolfsteiner Herbst”.

In 1999 Barnás founded the Hungarian Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra, with which he has been on a New Year's concert tour in Austria , Germany and Switzerland since 2000 .

Antal Barnás is artistic director of opera productions in Gmunden , Győr and Budapest, since 2003 choir director of the Mödlinger Singakademie and since 2005 choir master and board member of the Vienna Men's Choir Association . He works with renowned soloists from the Vienna and Budapest State Opera together, stands for radio, CD and TV coverage of the panel and is also widely used as conductor in the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein occurred.
