Anton Saur

Anton Saur (born March 10, 1913 in Aalen , † May 22, 1991 in Heidelberg ) was a German local politician .

Career

Saur studied law and submitted his doctoral thesis in 1949 to the law and economics faculty of the University of Tübingen .

From 1960 to 1968 he was Lord Mayor of Ludwigsburg . He praised the construction of the B 27 through the middle of the city as the "beginning of a traffic-friendly road network" and described the central office of the state justice administrations for the investigation of National Socialist crimes as an "eyesore".
