Elmar Doch (born April 15, 1910 in Mühlhausen / Thuringia , † December 10, 1971 in Heidenheim an der Brenz ) was a German local politician .

Career

But he studied law and in 1936 submitted his doctoral thesis to the law and economics faculty of the University of Tübingen . During his studies in Tübingen he was chairman of the General Student Committee (AStA) and became a member of the Hohenstaufia Tübingen gymnastics association .

From 1946 to 1954 he was Lord Mayor of Ludwigsburg . From 1957 to 1969 he was Lord Mayor of Heidenheim an der Brenz .
