Otfried Ulshöfer
Otfried Ulshöfer (born September 3, 1930 in Göppingen ) is a German administrative lawyer and local politician.
Ulshöfer completed a law degree . In 1957 he was at the Institute for the Occupation of the University of Tübingen to Dr. jur. PhD . From 1959 he was a lecturer at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg .
From 1968 to 1984 he was Lord Mayor of Ludwigsburg . During his term of office, the controversial construction of the forum at the castle park fell.
