Antonio Di Donna (born September 1, 1952 in Ercolano , Province of Naples , Italy ) is Bishop of Acerra .

Life

Antonio Di Donna received on 14 April 1976 by the Archbishop of Naples, Corrado Cardinal Ursi , the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On October 4, 2007, Pope Benedict XVI appointed him . the titular bishop of Castellum in Numidia and ordered him to auxiliary bishop in Naples . The Archbishop of Naples, Crescenzio Cardinal Sepe , donated him episcopal ordination on November 11th of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Bishop of Tursi-Lagonegro , Francescantonio Nolè OFMConv , and the auxiliary bishop in Naples, Filippo Iannone OCarm . Antonio Di Donna was also Vicar General of the Archdiocese of Naples.

On September 18, 2013, Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of Acerra.
