Antun Banek
Antun Banek (born April 27, 1901 in Križevci , † March 18, 1987 in Zagreb ) was a cyclist from the former Yugoslavia and national cycling champion .
Athletic career
He won the Yugoslav championship in road racing from 1926 to 1928 . In 1925 he became vice-champion. Banek was nominated for the 1928 Summer Olympics in Amsterdam and was in the individual race on the street 60. With the team of Yugoslavia, he came in 12th place.
