Argoman - The Fantastic Superman is an Italian - French action film with science fiction elements by Terence Hathaway from 1967.

In China, soldiers are preparing to shoot Argoman. However, he manages to hypnotize the soldiers and let them kill each other. Argoman seeks government employees of the USSR who have given him the job in China to destroy a nuclear weapon and demands his reward. Hoping he would die doing his mission, the Soviets have nothing to pay him for. Argoman loots the government building and steals valuable items.
Scotland Yard Inspector Lawrence is investigating the theft of the Royal Crown. Sir Reginald Hoover aka Argoman tries to beat his record for holding breath in a pool. Sir Reginald then invites one of his friends to a rendezvous. Suddenly he hears a hovercraft that threatens to collide with the bank. He uses his telekinetic powers to get it safely ashore. A woman emerges from the hovercraft who introduces herself as Regina. Sir Reginald invites you to hang out with him.
Lawrence comes to Sir Reginald and reports on his research. In the photos of the tower visitors, Sir Reginald recognizes Regina. He goes to Paris to find the criminal. Inspector Lawrence arrives at the French Department of Technology and finds out that Regina is looking for a very large jewel that will reflect any kind of light and destroy molecular cohesion and make any material pliable. Police believe Jenabell wants the jewel to be shared and used in the international market to destroy currencies. Sir Reginald uses a ring with a Geiger counter to find Jenabell for smoking his special radioactive cigarettes. Meanwhile, Argoman prevents an attack on a money transporter.
Sir Reginald takes a train to Jenabell's base. However, an agent sabotaged the train. Still, Argoman arrives in time to save General Headwood from cloning: he destroys Jenabells and the other clones. The real Jenabell escapes with the jewel on an airplane. Argoman telekinetically turns the plane toward the sun, and the gem reflects its light, killing Jenabell in an explosion. As a reward for this case, Argoman takes the Royal Crown.

The costumes and fights are described as ridiculous. The fact that the superhero loses his superpowers for six hours after becoming intimate with a woman is labeled as silly.
