The Arguenon is a coastal river in France that runs in the Côtes-d'Armor department in the Brittany region . It rises in the municipality of Le Gouray , generally drains north-east to north and flows into the English Channel after 53 kilometers at the municipal boundary of Créhen and Saint-Lormel in the Baie de l'Arguenon . Below Créhen it is already influenced by the tides . Immediately at the mouth of the river Guébriand comes from the left , which, according to official information, is not a tributary of the Arguenon, but rather an independent coastal river.
