Klinke was the editor in charge of the workers 'chess newspaper published in Chemnitz, and later chairman of the problem association in the German workers' chess federation . One of his most important theoretical contributions was the meeting point : a double mated field is conquered by deflecting one figure and deflecting the other. The diagram shows Klinke's first presentation of the topic.
