Artur Kozłowski

Artur Kozłowski (born January 19, 1985 ) is a Polish long-distance runner who specializes in the marathon .

In 2008 he was third overall in the Piła half-marathon Polish champion in the half marathon and finished at the IAAF World Half Marathon Championships in Rio de Janeiro in 48th place. The following year he came in 18th place in the Berlin half marathon and was Polish champion over 5000 m . In his debut over the 42.195 km distance, he finished 20th in the Eindhoven Marathon .

A fourth place in the Warsaw Marathon 2011 was followed the following year by an eighth place in the Vienna City Marathon . At the 2012 Half Marathon World Championships in Kawarna, he came in 43rd place.

In 2013 he was again Polish champion in the 5000 m, and in 2015 he came 15th in the Orlen Warsaw Marathon . In 2016 he finished fifth in the Houston Marathon and qualified for the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro by winning the Orlen Warsaw Marathon , where he finished 39th.
