Assia Raziki (* 4. October 1996 ) is a Moroccan athlete , focusing on the Sprint specialized.

Athletic career

Assia Raziki gained her first international experience in 2014 at the African Championships in her home town of Marrakech , where she was eliminated in the 100-meter run with 12.27 s in the first round and over 200 meters to the semi-finals, in which she finished with 25.09 s eliminated. The following year, she won the bronze medal in the 200-meter run at the Arab Championships in Manama in 23.77 seconds behind the Bahraini Edidiong Odiong and Dana Hussein Abdulrazak from Iraq. In addition, she finished fifth over 100 meters in 11.83 s. In 2016 she won the bronze medal in the 200-meter run at the U23 Mediterranean Championships in Tunis in 23.77 seconds and then reached the semi-finals in both competitions at the African Championships in Durban , where she finished with 12.06 seconds and 24 seconds , 31 s retired. In the following year she won the Arab Championships in Radès in 11.63 s and 23.80 s over 100 and 200 meters and in 46.69 s and 3: 44.22 min also in the 4-times-100 and 4 -time-400-meter relay. Previously, she finished fifth over 200 meters at the Islamic Solidarity Games in Baku in 23.77 s and was disqualified with the 4 x 100 meter relay. She then won the bronze medal in the 400-meter run at the Francophonie Games in Abidjan in 52.98 s and was fourth over 100 meters in 11.78 s. In 2018 she was eliminated from the Mediterranean Games in Tarragona over 200 meters with 24.21 seconds in the first round and finished fourth in the 4 x 400 meter relay in 3: 33.91 minutes.

In 2019 she won the silver medal over 400 meters behind the Bahraini Salwa Eid Naser at the Arab Championships in Cairo in 53.73 s and over 100 meters she won the bronze medal behind the Bahraini Hajar al-Khaldi and Iman Essa Jasim in 12.09 s . In August she took part in the Africa Games in Rabat for the first time and placed eighth over 400 meters in 53.24 seconds.

In 2014 and 2015, Raziki was the Moroccan champion in the 100-meter run as well as in 2015 and 2019 over 200 meters and in 2019 also over 400 meters.
