The Atnarko River is a river in the Canadian province of British Columbia .
River course
The Atnarko River has its origin in Charlotte Lake . It flows mainly in a westerly direction for about 75 km until it meets the Talchako River and together with it forms the Bella Coola River . Much of its course is in Tweedsmuir South Provincial Park . The British Columbia Highway 20 runs along the bottom 19 km of Atnarko River to Stuie . The Atnarko River has the status of a British Columbia Heritage River .
