The Auerbach is a 12.1 kilometer long stream in the Unterallgäu district in Bavaria .

It rises south-east of Niederrieden north of the MN 26 district road at about 655 m above sea level. NN. The stream flows on long stretches through forests in a north-northeast direction. Before the Auerbach in Babenhausen at about 541 m above sea level. NN. flows into the Günz , it flows through the places Reichau (municipality Boos ) and Winterrieden. To the north and south of the village of Reichau, the water is dammed up to form a few fish ponds. On the outskirts of Babenhausen, the stream is dammed up again to form the so-called Fuggerweiher , where there is a youth hostel and a youth tent.
