August Hüber

August Hüber (born April 5, 1782 in Baden-Baden , † November 6, 1832 in Rastatt ) was a German lawyer who had been in the Baden state service since 1806 and was also a member of the Baden Estates Assembly .

Life

August Hüber was the son of Karl Hüber, administrator of the collegiate church in Baden-Baden, and Anna, born Berger.

After studying law , Hüber became a legal intern in Baden-Baden from 1804 and at the court in Rastatt in 1805 . In 1806 he became court court advocate in Rastatt and from March 1, 1810 an official assessor at the Pforzheim Oberamt , where he became an official at the second Landamt on March 11, 1813 . On December 23, 1813 he became a bailiff at the Philippsburg district office and then from January 23, 1819 court judge at the court in Rastatt. On March 23, 1823 he was a district councilor at the Main and Tauber district in Wertheim . As the last station before his death, he was again court judge in Rastatt from February 25, 1826.

Political activity

In 1819/20, 1822/23 and 1831 he was a member of the Baden Estates Assembly during the 1st, 2nd and 5th electoral periods for constituency 29 ( Amt Bruchsal without the city).
