The men's singles of the Australasian Championships 1915 was a tennis competition in Brisbane .

Last year's winner was Arthur O'Hara Wood . Gordon Lowe won the final 4: 6, 6: 1, 6: 1 and 6: 4 against Horace Rice . It was his first win at the Australasian Championships.
