Austro Pott , also Austro pott , Austro pott , Austro pot or AUSTROPLAN Pott , is a German theater group in Dortmund .

history

Austro Pott is a theater group in November 2012 in Dortmund by the actors Richard Saringer , Harald Schwaiger and Michael Kamp with venue in Dortmund U was founded. The name of the theater group plays with abbreviations of the terms Austria and Ruhrpott . AustroPott was constituted as a collective of equal members, in which the parties involved take on all activities such as performance , direction , dramaturgy , props , set design and costumes for the realization of the theater productions on their own responsibility and with equal division of tasks.

The theater group has so far worked without public subsidies and has implemented its projects mainly with donations in kind and money from sponsors . The production "Art" has also been shown as a guest performance in Bochum , Mülheim an der Ruhr , Sprockhövel and at the Heinz Hilpert Theater in Lünen . The production Gut gegen Nordwind was played at the Dalheim Summer 2018.
