Richard Saringer
Richard Saringer (born November 14, 1967 in Eisenstadt , Austria ) is an Austrian actor .
Life
Richard Saringer, son of a Viennese and a Serbian German from Vojvodina , initially trained as a bookseller . Later he graduated from the Conservatory of the City of Vienna with a major in acting with Elfriede Ott .
After completing his studies, Saringer had engagements at Viennese theaters such as the Volkstheater , the Ensembletheater am Petersplatz and the Theater zum Fürchten as well as at the Schauspielhaus Graz . In the seasons 1994/95 to 2001/02 he appeared at the theaters of Ulm , Darmstadt and Dortmund .
From April 2005 to March 2011 taught Saringer as a lecturer for role studies at the Essen Folkwang University of the Arts .
In November 2012 he co-founded the theater group austroPott with its venue in the Dortmunder U , of which he was a member until January 2016. Here he last appeared in 2015 in the AustroPott production The Wonder Exercise by Daniel Glattauer in the role of a consultant.
