Aymeric Lusine (born September 13, 1995 in Saint-Saulve ) is a French middle-distance runner who specializes in the 800-meter run .

Athletic career

Aymeric Lusine gained his first international experience in 2017 when he was eliminated in the first round of the U23 European Championships in Bydgoszcz , where he was eliminated in the 800 meter run with 1: 47.92 minutes. He then took part in the Summer Universiade in Taipei and won the bronze medal there in 1: 47.18 minutes behind the Mexicans Jesús López Álvarez and Mohamed Belbachir from Algeria. Summer Universiade in Naples in 1: 48.58 min Fifth over 800 meters and retired over 1500 meters with 3: 48.85 min in the preliminary round. In 2019 he reached the semi-finals at the European Indoor Championships in Glasgow , where he was eliminated with 1: 49.48 min. He then reached the final at the Student World Games in Naples, but was disqualified there because of a railway violation.

In 2016 Lusine became French champion in the 800-meter run.
