BPC is the callsign of a time signal transmitter in China. It has been in operation since April 25, 2002 and transmits on the frequency 68.5 kHz. Its signal enables radio clocks to be controlled , but the transmission protocol is proprietary . The transmitter is located near Shangqiu .
