The Neumarkt-Köstendorf station is an operating point of the Westbahn in the municipality of Neumarkt am Wallersee in the Salzburg region in Austria .

history

The station building is a listed building. The Railjet in the direction of Vienna Airport has been stopping here since December 10, 2017, and the Mattig Valley Railway now also stops here.

The station is approached by the Railjet in the direction of Vienna and Salzburg . Individual pairs of trains will continue to Klagenfurt or Bregenz . Three local passenger trains also stop, namely the S2 , the R 3054/3055 and the REX . Lines 130, 132 and 870 also stop .
