The river at Les Isles-Bardel

The Baize is a river in France that runs in the Normandy region . It rises in the local area of Habloville , drains in an arc from northwest over west to southwest through the landscape of the Norman Switzerland and flows after 26 kilometers at the municipal boundary of Rapilly and Les Isles-Bardel as a right tributary into the Orne . On its way, the Baize crosses the Orne and Calvados departments .

Attention! Not to be confused with the Baize river of the same name (GKZ: I2139000, 15 km length), which also flows into the Orne as a left tributary at Fontenai-sur-Orne .
