Bakonynána ( German Nannau ) is a municipality in the small area Zirc (Hungarian Zirci kistérség ), a Hungarian administrative unit ( LAU 1) within Veszprém County in Hungary .
Bakonynána is located in the eastern part of the northern Bakony Forest , 30 km north of the eastern northern tip of Lake Balaton and 22 km north of Veszprém . In 2001, 1,062 people lived in Bakonynána, an area of 14.93 km².
history
It belongs to the possessions of the old, important Hungarian noble family Cseszneky , whose origins can be traced back to the 13th century.
