Barbora Purchartová (born May 9, 1992 in Prague ) is a Czech volleyball player .
Career
society
Purchartová began her career at the Czech capital club Slavia Prague , where she first went through various youth teams before joining the first team. She left the Prague club in 2011 to join the German second division TSV Sonthofen , for whom she was active until 2013. This was followed by positions at VO Sodraep Farciennes (2013–2014) and Dauphines Charleroi (2014–2015) in Belgium, as well as at the German Bundesliga promoted NawaRo Straubing (2015–2016). During her time at NawaRo Straubing, the middle blocker scored 45 block points in 21 games and thus had a block rate of 78.8%. She also scored 144 points in attack.
At the beginning of June 2016, the German champions and cup winners Dresdner SC announced the commitment of Barbora Purchartová for an initial season. There the middle blocker and the team reached third place in the championship standings in the 2016/17 season. At the beginning of May 2017, the association announced that the expiring contract of Barbora Purchartová - as well as the contracts of Jocelynn Birks , Lucie Smutná , Brittnee Cooper and Jennifer Cross - would not be extended. She then moved to Poland to join MKS Dąbrowa Górnicza , where she played in the 2017/18 season before returning to the Czech Republic in January 2019 after a stint at Dinamo Bucharest and joining the PVK Olymp Prague .
National team
The middle blocker is part of the squad of the Czech national volleyball team . She was u. a. Used at the 2015 European Women's Volleyball Championship .
