Beata Kiełtyka (born March 14, 1981 in Myślenice ) is a former Polish biathlete .

Beata Kiełtyka started during her active time for WKS Zakopane . She made her debut in the Biathlon World Cup in Ruhpolding in 2000 and was 86th in the sprint race. This was followed by participation in the Junior European Championships 2000 in Zakopane , where she was 13th in the individual, tenth in the sprint and eighth in the pursuit race. With Katarzyna Ponikwia and Bernadetta Bednarz, she also won bronze in the relay. At the Junior World Championships shortly afterwards in Hochfilzen , she was 20th in individual and sprint, 19th in the pursuit race and 12th with the relay. The best result at the 2001 European Junior Championships in Haute-Maurienne was eighth place in the individual. This was followed by participation in the 2001 Biathlon World Championships in Pokljuka , where the Pole was 66th in the individual and 15th with the Polish relay. Then Kiełtyka took part in the Junior World Championships in Khanty-Mansiysk , where fifth place in the individual and sixth place with the relay were the best results. At the Polish championships, Kiełtyka won the sprint title. In the 2001/02 season she took part regularly in the World Cup. The best career result was a 49th place in the Pokljuka singles. The last major event was the 2002 European Biathlon Championships in Kontiolahti . In Finland she reached 34th place in both individual and sprint and was 36th in the pursuit. In addition, she reached seventh place in the relay race with Magdalena Gwizdoń , Magdalena Grzywa and Anna Stera . After the season she ended her active career.
