Beau Starr
Beau Starr (born September 1, 1944 in Queens , New York City , New York , United States ) is an American actor. His younger brother Mike Starr is also an actor.
biography
Beau was born the son of simple workers; his mother was a saleswoman, his father a meat packer.
Starr studied biology at Hofstra University . In 1969 he discovered his interest in acting for the first time. In the early 1980s, he made his comrade debut in the TV series Bizarre . Until 1980, Starr lived in Cuelph , Ontario , later again in his native New York, before he moved to the West Coast of California, where he still lives today.
Starr has appeared in many films and television series, such as The Rousters , Knight Rider , The A-Team , A Colt Just In Case , and True Blue . He gained greater fame with the impersonation of Lieutenant Harding Welsh in the television series Ein Mountie in Chicago .
In 2007 Starr withdrew into private life.
