View of the Beaver River

The Beaver River is a right tributary of the Ohio River in the US state of Pennsylvania .

It is 34 km long and is formed by the union of the two rivers Mahoning River and Shenango River in Lawrence County . From there it flows south through the Beaver County named after it . The Beaver River ( English for " beaver river") flows into the Ohio near Rochester , about 32 km northwest of Pittsburgh .
