Rebecca D. "Becky" Kellar , m. Kellar-Duke , (born January 1, 1975 in Hagersville , Ontario ) is a former Canadian ice hockey player .
Career
Becky Kellar began her career as a hockey player at Brown University , for which she was active from 1993 to 1997 in the National Collegiate Athletic Association . From 1998 to 2004 the defender played in the National Women's Hockey League , first for the Toronto / Beatrice Eros and in the 2004/05 season for Oakville Ice . Between 2007 and 2009 she joined the Burlington Barracudas in the Canadian Women's Hockey League and returned to this team for the 2010/11 season.
International
For Canada , Kellar took part in the 1998 Winter Olympics in Nagano , 2002 in Salt Lake City , 2006 in Turin and 2010 in Vancouver . In addition, she was in her country's squad at the 1999 , 2000 , 2001 , 2004 , 2005 , 2008 and 2009 World Championships and at the 4 Nations Cup in 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007 and 2008 or 3 Nations Cup. In September 2010 she resigned from international ice hockey.
