action

French Army soldiers return to France from the Algerian War ; including the doctor Dino Barran and the Foreign Legionnaire Franz Propp. While Propp initially works as a pimp, Barran - as a favor for a woman - takes a 3-day job at a large company. This order should make it possible to get the combination of the company's safe. But instead of emptying it, the client Isabelle Moreau wants something to be put in. Barran secretly locks himself up in the company building over the Christmas holidays and suddenly has to work unexpectedly with Propp, who surprisingly turns up in the company building.

He wants to change Barran's original plan as he sees fit, as he wants to clear out the safe - in which he suspects cash. In the course of events, what initially appeared to be a simple coup turns into an unpredictable adventure. Suddenly the two ex-soldiers are also involved in a murder; They can escape the police for the time being, but are then caught. Due to their cleverness, however, they are appropriately armed against the various interrogation methods used by the police. Since they cannot prove anything, they are released again. Then they part ways.

Reviews

"It is the story of an unusual robbery, detailed by Jean Herman in terms of execution and result."

- Meinolf Zurhorst "Lexicon of crime films"

“Perfect crime entertainment with two excellent main actors. As a hymn to the great friendship among "real men", although it has a rather trivial psychological statement, the film is of remarkable density and tension within its genre. "

"Quite a thin infusion of well-known crime film elements, which sometimes causes boredom."
