Bellerose Terrace is a hamlet and census-designated place (CDP) in Nassau County , New York in the United States . At the time of the 2010 United States Census , the CDP had 2,198 residents.
Bellerose Terrace is located in the Town of Hempstead on the Queens County border and is adjacent to the Bellerose neighborhood in New York City and the Village of Bellerose in Nassau County.

Bellerose Terraces geographic coordinates are 40 ° 43 ' N , 73 ° 43' W (40.721345, −73.724014). The border with Queens to the north is on Jamaica Avenue and to the west on 225th Street. In the south, the settlement area ends on the Long Island Rail Road . To the east, the Bellerose border runs between 246th Street and Colonial Road. The Cross Island Parkway runs roughly north-south through Bellerose Terrace.

At the time of the 2000 United States Census, Bellerose Terrace was inhabited by 2,198 people. The population density was 8,328.2 people per km ². There were 587 housing units at an average of 2505.8 per km². The population Bellerose Terraces consisted of 49.5% of whites , 8.4% Black or African American , 0.1% Native American , 28.1% Asian , 0% Pacific Islander , 10.4% said other races to belong and 3.5% named two or more races. 25.8% of the population declared to be Hispanic or Latino of any race.
The residents of Bellerose Terraces distributed to 633 households out of which 41.9% were living in children under 18 years of age. 66.8% of households were married, 13.3% had a female head of household without a husband, and 14.1% were not families. 11.2% of households were made up of individuals and someone lived in 4.3% of all households aged 65 years or older.
