Beni ( Nepali बेनी Beni ) is a city (municipality) in north-central Nepal in the Myagdi district .

The city was created in 2014 by amalgamating the Village Development Committees Arthunge , Ghatan , Jyamrukot , Pulachaur , Ratnechaur and Singa . The city lies at an altitude of 836  m at the confluence of the Myagdi Khola with the Kali Gandaki . It forms the administrative seat of the Myagdi district . The urban area covers 52 km².

At the 2011 census, the VDCs that made up the city of Beni had 28,511 inhabitants (12,892 of them male) in 7455 households.
