Bent Stiansen (2008)

Bent Stiansen (born June 18, 1963 in Arendal ) is a Norwegian chef who became the first Scandinavian gold winner at the Bocuse d'Or in 1993 .

Life

In 1994, Stiansen opened Statholdergaarden in Oslo with his Danish wife Anette , which they ran together until their death in 2010 . It has been awarded a Michelin star .
