Bernward Loewenberg

Bernward Löwenberg (born February 26, 1937 in Trier ) is a German legal scholar and politician ( CDU ). Between 1978 and 1989 he was District Administrator of the Main-Taunus-Kreis .

Career

Löwenberg studied law in Freiburg im Breisgau , Hamburg and Münster . After the first state examination 1962 he was in Hans Julius Wolff with a dissertation on The enforcement of monetary claims in administrative law in 1967 at the Westphalian Wilhelms University doctorate , the following year he passed the second state examination successfully.

In February 1968 Löwenberg was elected administrative assessor for the Wolbeck community council and in November 1969 Wolbeck's official director . He held this office from January 1970 to September 1971, immediately afterwards he took over the office of city ​​treasurer in Paderborn . Between 1978 and 1989 Löwenberg was the district administrator of the Main-Taunus district, initially based in Höchst , and officially based in Hofheim am Taunus from 1980, following a resolution by the Hessian state parliament .
