Bertram Jesdinsky

Bertram Jesdinsky (born March 15, 1960 in Bonn , † April 21, 1992 in Wuppertal ) was a German painter and sculptor .

Jesdinsky lived and worked mostly in Düsseldorf . He studied at the Düsseldorf Art Academy and was a master student of Alfonso Hüppi . He was a member of the Anarchist GummiZelle (AGZ) group and received a scholarship from the Günther Peill Foundation from 1989-90 . His works are in public spaces, e.g. It can be seen, for example, in the Heinrich-Heine-Allee subway station (Düsseldorf), in the Museum Kunstpalast Düsseldorf, in the Ludwig Forum for International Art Aachen and in other domestic and foreign museums. A large number of his works are in the possession of the Leopold Hoesch Museum in Düren .
