Bertram Reinecke (* 1974 in Güstrow ) is a German writer and publisher .

life and work

Bertram Reinecke grew up in Mecklenburg . He studied German , philosophy and psychology at the University of Greifswald . He then completed his studies at the German Literature Institute in Leipzig until 2006 . He was visiting professor there in the 2013/14 and 2014/15 winter semesters and in the 2015 summer semester.

He has been running the Reinecke & Voß publishing house since 2009 (together with Tim Voß until 2010, with Dirk Uwe Hansen and Peter Holland since 2016 ), which as a specialist publisher for broadening horizons has become an important publication medium for contemporary poetry and prose. Reinecke & Voss also focuses on re-releasing less well-known classics.

Reinecke is the author of poetry , essays , reviews and texts on musical compositions . Foreign text sources are used in all of the poems in his volume Sleutel voor de hoogduitsche Spraakkunst . Some texts are composed entirely of lines from other texts (so-called centos ).
