District rabbinate Sinsheim

The district rabbinates were directly subordinate to the Upper Council of the Israelites of Baden . The chiefs were the district rabbi and the district elder. In matters of the rabbinical district, all local elders had to be heard once a year. The district rabbi presided. The duties of the district rabbi were performed from 1875 by the district rabbi of the Heidelberg rabbinate .
