Bhekimpi Alpheus Dlamini (born November 26, 1924 in Hhohho district, † November 1, 1999 in Mbabane ) was a Swaziland politician and Prime Minister of Swaziland from 1983 to 1986 .

He fought in the ranks of the Allied forces in World War II . He was then a member of the Swaziland National Council and worked in the Prime Minister's office. In the troubled times after King Sobhuza II's death in 1982, he sided with conservative members within the royal family. As a prince he was also a member of the Libandla, the advisory assembly of the king, and the Liqoqo (inner council of fifteen members of the royal family and of tribal chiefs). He disliked the reform-friendly and anti- South Africa line of Prime Minister Mabandla Dlamini and the regent Dzeliwe . Therefore, he participated in the overthrow of these people and was rewarded with the office of Prime Minister. He endorsed the Nkomati Treaty between Mozambique and South Africa in 1984.

When in 1986 the new King Mswati III. came to power, he was released, arrested, sentenced to fifteen years in prison and imprisoned for conspiracy against the interests of the state in March 1988. He was released from prison in July of the same year.
