The Diocese of Jamshedpur ( Latin : Dioecesis Iamshedpurensis ) is a Roman Catholic diocese in India with its seat in Jamshedpur , Jharkhand .

The Diocese of Jamshedpur was founded on July 2, 1962 from the Archdiocese of Calcutta . It is a suffragan of the Ranchi Archdiocese . The diocese is administered by the Society of Jesus .
