The Roman Catholic Diocese of Kiyinda-Mityana ( lat. : Dioecesis Kiyindaensis-Mityanaensis ) is in Uganda preferred Roman Catholic diocese based in Kiyinda .

history

The diocese of Kiyinda-Mityana was established on July 17, 1981 by Pope John Paul II with the Apostolic Constitution Ut populi Dei from cessions of territory of the Archdiocese of Kampala and subordinated to this as a suffragan .
