Blanca Martínez Suárez (born October 21, 1988 in Madrid ) is a Spanish actress .

Career

Suárez had roles in television series such as El internado , El barco or Cuéntame un cuento . In horror - thriller Shiver - The dark shadow of fear (2008) she acted in the role of Angela . In the melodrama The Skin I Live In (2011) she embodied Norma Ledgard . In the comedy Flying Lovers by Pedro Almodóvar (2013) she played Ruth .

She took on one of the two title roles in the Spanish two-part TV series Beauty and the Beast , which was broadcast in 2015 . That same year, she played a major role in Berlin settled emigrants Comedy Perdiendo el norte ( The orientation losing ).

2007–2012

Suárez made her acting debut in 2007 and played the role of Julia Medina in the Antena 3 series The Boarding School (Spanish: El internado). In 2014, Suárez played Snow White in the eponymous episode of the television series Cuéntame un cuento (Eng .: Tell Me a Story). In 2015, she played in the miniseries Los Nuestros (Eng .: The Ours) alongside Hugo Silva and in the television series Carlos, Rey Emperador (eng .: Charles, King Emperor) as Isabella of Portugal as well as in the films Perdiendo el Norte (eng .: Off Course) with her boarding school star Yon González My Big Night and in El bar.

Since 2017 she has played one of the four leading actresses in the first Spanish Netflix series Die Telefonistinnen (Las chicas del cable).
