Antena 3 is a media and telecommunications company from Spain . The company was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in San Sebastián de los Reyes in the Autonomous Community of Madrid .

Antena 3 operates TV, radio and cinemas in Spain. Major shareholders are Planeta DeAgostini (a subsidiary of Grupo Planeta ) and the RTL Group . Antena 3 employs around 1400 people.

The television station of the same name can be received terrestrially in all parts of Spain. Two additional specialty channels with the names Nova and Neox are offered via DVB-T and cable TV .
