The Bluff River is a small river in the Australian state of New South Wales .
It rises at Sandy Flat on the New England Highway between Glen Innes and Tenterfield , flows west and forms the southern boundary of the Bluff River Nature Reserve . After a few kilometers it joins the Deepwater River to form the Mole River .
