KK Bones ( Japanese 株式会社 ボ ン ズ , Kabushiki-gaisha Bonzu , English BONES INC. ) Is a Japanese production studio for anime .

history

Bones was founded in October 1998 by Masahiko Minami (former producer at Sunrise ), Hiroshi Ōsaka and Toshihiro Kawamoto .

In October 2000, the first work of the studio appeared with the anime television series Karakuri Kiden Hiwō Senki . The following year, Cowboy Bebop, the studio's first feature film, was released.
