Bonifatiuskirche (Unfind)
The Evangelical Lutheran Bonifatiuskirche is the village church of Unfind , a district of Königsberg in Bavaria in the Lower Franconian district of Haßberge . The church is one of the architectural monuments of Königsberg in Bavaria and is registered together with the churchyard wall under the number D-6-74-164-149 in the Bavarian list of monuments . The Unfinding parish is part of the Rügheim deanery .
history
The parish Unfind has been committed to the Reformation since 1526 . The church was built in the 15th century. The steeple was raised in 1567 and in the 18th century. In 1757 the nave received its half-timbered upper floor .
description
The church tower stands as a choir tower in the east. It has a pointed helmet and twin acoustic windows with segmental arches . The choir room in the basement has a ribbed vault . The nave, on the other hand, has a trough-shaped wooden ceiling. The church windows are partly rectangular, partly segmental arches. However, pointed arched windows without tracery dominate the south and east sides .
Furnishing
The altar in the choir room bears a wooden crucifix . The pulpit resting on a column and the font are to the right of the choir arch . The gallery is two-story on the north side. It carries the organ on the east side . The organ prospectus is provided with gold decorations and angel heads.
