Borislav Milanov

Borislaw Georgiev Milanow ( Bulgarian Борислав Георгиев Миланов ; * 1983 in Sofia ; pseudonym: B-OK ) is a Bulgarian songwriter and music producer . He is the founder of the international record label Symphonix. As a composer he took part in the Eurovision Song Contest several times .

Life

Milanow grew up in Bulgaria. In 2018 he married the singer Tamara Gatchetschiladze , who represented Georgia at the ESC 2017. They have two children together and live in Vienna.

Compositions at the Eurovision Song Contest

As a music producer, Milanov has already participated in ten participations in the Eurovision Song Contest, most of them in his home country Bulgaria. More than half of his compositions were able to achieve the top 10. He achieved the best result with Beautiful Mess by Kristian Kostov in 2017 for Bulgaria . In 2018 he won the Marcel Bezençon Award for best composer for Bones' contribution . Milanow was involved as a producer on the planned German contribution Violent Thing for the ESC in Rotterdam by Ben Dolic .
