Boutti (also Bouti ) is a village in the rural community of Goudoumaria in Niger .

The village is located in the Manga countryside , around 34 kilometers northeast of the main town of Goudoumaria in the rural municipality of the same name, which belongs to the Goudoumaria department in the Diffa region. The state border to the southern neighboring state of Nigeria is about 67 kilometers as the crow flies. In the valleys around Boutti be rainfed agriculture and stockbreeding.

At the 2012 census, Boutti had 5,768 inhabitants living in 1,071 households. At the 2001 census, the population was 3,341 in 644 households, and at the 1988 census, the population was 1998 in 485 households.

The Boutti market was established in 1926. It consists of a cattle market in the west and an agricultural market in the east of the village. The market day is Sunday. The first elementary school opened in 1965. Three more schools were added at the beginning of the 21st century. A health center ( Center de santé intégré ) has been in the village since 1982 . In the municipality of Goudoumaria there are a number of infrastructural facilities in addition to the main town Goudoumaria only in the village of Boutti: street lighting, a local radio communautaire and the stationing of an intervention and security unit of the Nigerian armed forces .
