The Brothers Grimm Prize of the State of Berlin is an award to promote children's and youth theater . It is awarded on behalf of the State of Berlin by the Theater an der Parkaue. The award honors German-language plays and productions that deal with the reality of children and young people and work towards a tolerant togetherness (quoted from the leaflet on the award ).
