Brenda Scott

Brenda Scott (born March 15, 1943 in Cincinnati , Ohio ) is an American actress .

Life

Scott was born the niece of actress Mae Busch and was also aiming for a career in acting. Her debut was in 1961 in the television series Window on Main Street at the side of Robert Young . In the 1960s and 1970s she was a popular guest star in a wide variety of series formats; she was seen with The Smoking Guns , The People at Shiloh Ranch , A Thousand Miles of Dust, and Bonanza in every major western series of the 1960s. In the 1980s, she had only one television appearance in an episode role on the series Simon & Simon . Most recently she appeared in a minor supporting role not mentioned in the credits in the short film The Problem with Fiber Optics .

In 1965 Scott married actor Andrew Prine , but the marriage divorced within a month. In the following year, however, both married again, and this time the divorce followed.
