Brigitta Bereczki (born December 7, 1966 in Orosháza ) is a former Hungarian biathlete .

Brigitta Bereczki was one of the pioneers of the Hungarian women's biathlon, which she helped shape in its first ten years. She lives in Orosháza and started for Salgortaljáni Petöfi Diák Sportegyesület . She took part in the 1984 Biathlon World Championships in Chamonix , where world championships for women were held for the first time. She was 31st in the sprint, 25th in the individual. Three years later she was 34th and 32nd in Lahti . In 1989 , Bereczki in Feistritz an der Drau was 36th in the sprint and 35th in the individual at the world championships held together for the first time for women and men , 1990 in Minsk 40th of the single. In 1991 the Hungarian took part in her fifth world championships in Lahti and was 33rd in the sprint and 40th in the individual. As one of only a few runners, Bereczki was unable to take part in the women's biathlete World Cup debut, but also competed in the 1992 Winter Olympics in Albertville , where women competed in the Olympic biathlon competitions for the first time. In the sprint she was 61st, in the individual 44th and with Kathalin Czifra and Beatrix Holéczy 16th in the relay race. In 1993 she started for the sixth and last time at the world championships and finished 69th in sprint and individual in Borowetz and 13th with the team alongside Edit Palko , Maria Vadas and Beatrix Holéczy. The last international championship and the end of the career were the 1994 Winter Olympics , where Bereczki was again used in all three races. In sprint and individual she was 65th, with Anna Bozsik , Éva Szemcsák and Beatrix Holéczy 17th in the relay race.

In cross-country skiing , Bereczki took part in the 5-kilometer classic 57 in Val di Fiemme in the 1990/91 season .
